When a driver reports a suspicious reroute, or when a dispatcher takes the time to double-check a system-generated exception, those actions should be acknowledged. These moments, while small, shape the cultural expectation of what it means to manage risk effectively.

In short, building an AI-ready culture in logistics is not a project or a policy. It is a mindset shift — one where technology, governance, and human behavior are interdependent. When these elements are aligned, organizations move from reactive to resilient. They stop chasing losses and start preventing them.
